Por un buen rato trataba de restaurar mi ciudadanía lituana, ya que mi abuelo nació en Lituania en 1922 y se fue a la edad de 7 años junto con su familia a Argentina. Aunque tenía el derecho legal de que se me concediera la ciudadanía lituana, fue imposible demostrar que mi abuelo de verdad había nacido en Lituania.
Durante años recopilé tanta información como sea posible, pero solo pude obtener muy pocos documentos indirectos que indicaran que él nació en Lituania.
